Job Description
- Must have/develop a deep understanding of NADIM services, products and production capabilities in order to relay relevant information to potential clients.
- Develop concepts and ideas and finalize the scope of work with potential partners. Study project scope, create BOQs and prepare offers, track any scope change and issue the necessary documents.
- Run project meetings with the internal and external stakeholders and handle the verbal and written communication.
- Create the work breakdown structure, assign the work packages to the concerned departments, and ensure it is compliant to the approved specifications. This includes but is not limited to the technical, procurement, production, post assembly and site departments.
- Monitor and coordinate the manufacturing of the items with regular follow up on the progress of production through regular factory inspections.
- Monitor and supervise the installation process on site through regular site visits.
- Develop project schedules and cost tracking methods with checkpoints to track and report to all stakeholders.
- Organize the installation schedule and ensure on time delivery of the items.
- Ensure the highest quality and standards are reflected in the final product.
